“This is artisanal quality meat. We’ve had several cuts of steak, pork, and lamb. Everything has been top quality. There’s a “muchness” about the meat; it’s a bit denser, more flavor, and LOCAL! It’s just more of what you love about meat. I’m very happy to support Pilaroc over big corporate stores. It’s well worth every cent in more ways than one. Great people producing great meat.”
