Pilaroc: In The News

September 2017, Pilaroc Farms was very fortunate to be a part of the first ever Fayetteville Farm To Table event. We supplied all the bacon for the salad and deviled eggs (pictured right) and were one of a handful of beef producers that supplied the main course, beef tenderloin. We even got a little local press over the event in the Elk Valley Times with a feature article on us.

Want to know EXACTLY where your meat comes from? Pilaroc Farms teamed up with Holt's IGA in Park City, TN for a "Meet Your Farmer" Day. Pilaroc served up sampels of various sausages and steaks to locals interested in learning more about the behind-the-scenes of livestock agriculture and what Pilaroc brings to the table.
